1. About Us

Your Spray Paints Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 11852540) with registered office at Banker Chambers, St. Petersgate, Stockport, England, SK1 1AR. VAT No: 322822329.

2. Acceptance

By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms. For custom or bespoke orders, acceptance is confirmed when we send an order confirmation, upon purchase. Please note we allow a maximum 30-45mins to change the order, after this we cannot guarantee any changes can be made.

3. Products & Accuracy

We supply standard and bespoke spray paint products. All images, listings, and descriptions are for guidance only. Colours should be checked against an official swatch as digital displays vary—see our Colour Accuracy Policy.

4. Orders & Pricing

Prices quoted include VAT. All orders are subject to availability and pricing at the time we process your order. We reserve the right to amend an order before dispatch.

5. Payment

Payment is due at checkout. We accept Debit & Credit Card, Paypal and BAC’s (which must be requested). We do not offer additional financial options.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery timescales are provided but not guaranteed. Risk passes on delivery. For failed delivery attempts, whereby the courier provides the evidence, further charges may apply.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Standard Products: Eligible for refund or replacement within 14 days if faulty or damaged. Return carriage at your expense unless fault is verified.

Custom‑filled Products: Replacement only (no refunds), upon verification of fault. Returns follow our procedure; return postage reimbursed with proof. Over 10% usage, alteration, or missing information voids eligibility.

Damaged in Transit: Notify us immediately with order details or we will deem goods accepted. We may refund or replace if damaged.

8. User Responsabilities

You must follow usage instructions—such as mixing and nozzle maintenance—to avoid user‑caused faults. We are not liable for errors arising from improper use, surface incompatibility, or failure to adhere to drying times. These are professional use products therefore if you choose to use them you require the correct knowledge.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the product purchase price. We exclude liability for loss of business, profit, or indirect/general damages, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Nothing affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Intellectual Property

All site content is our or our licensors’ copyright. You may only use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Privacy & Cookies

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy apply to personal data. By ordering, you consent to our use of your data in line with GDPR.

12. Changes & Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time—changes apply from the date published on our website.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Tip: Smooth plastics rely on primer for adhesion — skipping it often causes peeling.

Tip: If paint scratches off easily without primer, the plastic is usually PP or PE.

Painting Wood

Tip: Light key between coats gives a smoother, longer-lasting finish.

Concrete/Brick/Masonry

Tip: Masonry absorbs paint quickly — allow longer drying time between coats.

Tip: Also perform a testing piece before full application.
