Standard Delivery Information

At YourSprayPaints, we take pride in delivering freshly mixed custom aerosols and off-the-shelf products quickly and reliably. Below you’ll find details of our standard, express, and zonal delivery services, as well as international shipping guidance.

Delivery estimates do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Detail Information
Order changesUp to 30 minutes after placing your order. After this, mixing begins and changes are not possible.
Preparation timeTechnicians begin mixing and packaging immediately after the 30-minute window.
Courier delivery1–3 working days once dispatched.
Total timeframe3–5 working days from order to delivery.
TrackingFully tracked from dispatch (SMS updates if mobile provided).

Express Delivery Information

When time is critical, our Express Delivery option ensures your order jumps to the front of the queue. Express orders are mixed and packaged with priority by our technicians, then dispatched on a fast-tracked courier service.

Delivery estimates do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Tracking Information

Due to custom-filled aerosol and tinned paints being classed as hazardous goods, courier systems handle them differently to standard parcels.
Tracking updates are sometimes confirmed later in the process.

  • If you provide a mobile number when placing your order, our courier will usually send you SMS tracking updates directly once your shipment is on its way.

  • If no mobile number is provided, tracking information may not be automatically issued. In this case, our Customer Service team can provide details on request.

  • Rest assured, all deliveries are fully monitored to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Tip: For best results, key lightly after primer cures.

Painting Plastic

Tip: Smooth plastics rely on primer for adhesion — skipping it often causes peeling.

Painting Plastic

PP/PE (Difficult Plastics)

PreparationClean thoroughly; avoid aggressive sanding
PrimerStrong Adhesion Plastic Primer essential
Topcoat1K Poly Synthetic or 2K ADC
TestingAlways test adhesion before full application

Tip: If paint scratches off easily without primer, the plastic is usually PP or PE.

Painting Wood

PreparationSand smooth and seal with wood sealer
PrimerHigh-build primer optional for MDF types

OutdoorsUltra Clear lacquer recommended for moisture protection

Tip: Light key between coats gives a smoother, longer-lasting finish.

Concrete/Brick/Masonry

Tip: Masonry absorbs paint quickly — allow longer drying time between coats.
