Their customer service is really first rate – after a mix-up on my order (which was entirely my fault) they did everything they could to fix it, going well beyond the extra mile, and even effectively giving me a free can in my order (more than I could have asked for). Good information on the website. I decided to purchase on this website versus others as they had more information... available on the type of base used on their sprays, so I could choose the base spray based on the materials they were going onto.read more

We have been using Your Spray Paints regularly for several years, their product is always top quality & deliveries are... prompt. Also the staff are always keen to help, often going above and beyond to assist with their advice. The website is sadly currently difficult to navigate, but I have been assured they are investing in a new and better one soon! hopefully the new one will have broader functionality to enable customers to access tracking information, invoices and more?. Used Your Spray Paints to buy etch primer and Farrow and Ball Studio Green top coat for a client's metal fireplace.... Fantastic products and amazing finish. See pic. However, the client then changed her mind and wanted a less green palette and asked to match to a dodgy Valspar copy of the same F&B colour 🤦♂️Stuart and the tech department at YSP were incredibly helpful during the process and managed to accommodate this request in between all their other jobs to ensure I got what the client wanted. Fantastic service and a great product. Ordered Tuesday afternoon and it came 10 am Thursday. It was also an awkward... place to deliver to but it came with out any hassle. The paint is exactly the correct colour I ordered, i had to sprey some white ventilation grills a set grey and they now match the rest ofvthe building perfectly. Good company and great customer service when I had an issue with delivery. Managed to sort problem with an hour.... Problem was I didn’t receive an dispatch email or tracking number and this was then sorted and given over the phone. Only down side, I was told delivery will be 1700-1800 it came at 1030. These guys are fab! I stumbled across them by accident whilst trying to find an aerosol paint in a colour as near to a... F&B colour as I could get! Rang them, they were so helpful in helping me choose the type of paint I needed. The paint arrived really quickly and a perfect match. Unfortunately I misjudged how much I would need so re-ordered more and asked if they’d send it quickly... and they did! Ordered it Thursday late afternoon, it arrived Sunday morning, made up especially for my order! Now that is customer service. Really friendly too.
