8.1 Returns Policy
Your Spray Paints provides high quality off-the-shelf and bespoke-custom-filled products to both trade & public. Over the last 35 years we have made every effort to ensure the highest qualities are maintained in both products and customer service help & advice offered.

Although many fail-safes are in place, with some of our products being tailor-made to specific customer requirements, we accept that errors can sometimes occur. This policy page outlines our process for handling any such errors.

Your Spray Paints do not offer any exchanges or refunds outside of the 14 days of purchase.

Your Spray Paints have the right to refuse any refunds or replacements if canisters have had excessive use, meaning if more than our fair use <10% of the paint has been used. We allow a certain amount for testing however if more is used then we view this as the customer accepting the product/s as given.

Your Spray Paints have the right to refuse any refunds or replacements, if the client refuses to complete our mandatory RO1 form which is required so that our customer services can check all data, information and your issue so that we can offer our help dealing with the issue in accordance to our policy. Please note that without completing this form customer services can refuse to look into your particular issue.

Your Spray Paints provides two main types of products:
(a) Off the Shelf Products
(b) Custom Filled Bespoke Products

Damaged Goods
If in the unlikely event that your goods arrive in a damaged condition or are defective, you must inform us as soon as is practically possible, stating the Order Number and the nature of the damage. If for any reason a replacement is not available for a damaged item, we will refund the value of the returned damaged goods to the original payment method.

Nothing in these conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

If you are unsure about anything, please contact customer services by email on customerservices@yourspraypaints.com on 0800 530 0375

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

8.2 Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or a person authorised by us to receive the goods, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Please note that there are some legal exceptions to the right to withdraw, and some items can therefore not be returned or exchanged.  We will let you know if this applies in your particular case.

Terms & Conditions

By placing an order and confirming payment on the website of Your Spray Paints you are entering a legally binding contract in accordance with the following terms and conditions of sale:

Age
It is a criminal offence to knowingly sell aerosol paint to anyone under the age of 16. By purchasing from this website using a credit or debit card, Paypal or other similar online paying account you confirm that you are over the age of 18, or are not acting for someone who is under the age of 18.

Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. We reserve the right to terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

Goods
We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, and pricing on our Website. However, we do not warrant that the information is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Specifications on this website of goods to be sold may be altered as a result of our continuous efforts to improve product quality and performance.

Always verify the colour to the manufacture swatch, as digital images can vary based upon the technology you use to view or people’s eye quality, therefore all colours displayed on this website are for guidance only. As colours can vary due to digital imagery, human eyesight and mix tolerances, all our custom mixed paints are custom made products made to client specifications, using the official manufacture swatch and using the latest technology and professional mixing tolerance schemes. The finished paint colour you receive, therefore, may not be as exact as depicted on a screen. The custom filled products must be mixed correctly as this can alter the colour shade. No responsibility for colour differences can be accepted after use.

Availability
All official colours in our range of around 400,000+ are mixed fresh and thus generally available, as we mix all client orders to specification freshly. If for any reason an item is subsequently found to be unavailable when collating your order, we will contact you to decide on immediate action.
Our off-the-shelf products are generally always available as we generally carry large stock of items sold on the website, unless unforeseen circumstances such as Pandemics or Importation issues occur in which case we will try and update the website as soon as possible.

Prices
The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website on the date of your order. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full.

Ordering
We will treat each order for goods, which is confirmed when you proceed from the relevant payment screen, as an offer by you to purchase the goods and services subject to these terms and conditions. We shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of goods set out in your order. We shall confirm each order by email and such confirmation shall be our acceptance of the contract between us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. We may require additional verification or information before accepting an order.

If you have any problems when attempting to order online, technical or otherwise, telephone us on 0800 530 0375 or email: customerservice@yourspraypaints.com

Payment
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website. Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full.

Delivery
Delivery shall be made at the address specified by you at the time of ordering. Goods are despatched based on the delivery options chosen and set out on the main deliveries and shipping page in this website. All delivery times quoted are approximate only and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from failure to provide the advertised service because of factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control.

We strongly advise that if the goods are required for a specific date they are ordered in advance to avoid any disappointment. Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.

We only use certified business Couriers who are fully insured to carry and delivery our Paint Goods and any other products we sell. They mainly operate during business hours but can occasionally when demand requires deliver on a Saturday. All deliveries of goods are fully tracked and in order to issue a POD (Proof of Delivery) they require an attempt to deliver to location, GPS tracking coordinates taken when delivery is made and either an image or name of recipient. During times such as COVID-19 where signatures cannot be taken an image of the package at the door or entrance of premises is sufficient. If a POD is recorded against your order it is deemed delivered.
